Secret Life of Plants and Insects

In our world there is much unseen and when pointed out, still a mystery. These tiny insects on the oleander bushes near my house are teeming with strange, tiny creatures right now. After I asked flickr members to help on an ID for them, I was given a link with ID and great details. Whooda thunk that the actual name is....."oleander aphid", ha ha!

Eggs, Naturally

This is my Easter photo on my photo stream at flickr.com, so I'm a day late, but still a pretty image. The breed of chickens that lay these colored eggs is called the Araucana. There's more info here:
